Just Decks, Inc.

Mission Statement

Not being satisfied with the status quo of the industry, we are continually motivated to:

With over twenty-five years of hands on experience in the deck building industry, an Associates degree in Architectural technology, and a Master electrician. All these working together over time has given Chris Feldman a keen sense of design creativity, spacial layout, functionality, and total project integration.

Chris personally oversees all phases of construction from start to finish insuring the highest quality of workmanship and that every detail of your project is being attended to.

Our main areas of service are: Harrisburg, Lingelstown, Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra, Enola, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Shiremanstown, New Cumberland, Lemoyne, Dillsburg, Etters, Lewisberry, Carlisle, and Boiling Springs.

We primarily work with Man-made materials, Composites decking, PVC decking, Synthetic decking, Plastic decking such as Trex, Azek, Procell, Fiberon, Timber Tech, Geo Deck and plastic lumber to name a very few. Our primary focus is on custom deck installation along with porch roofs, screened in porches, pergolas, trellis, fabric shade awning, integrated 3 and 4 season rooms, outdoor kitchen areas, outdoor gas fire pits, pool deck, hot tubs and waterproofing systems for under elevated decks.

We prefer not to work with pressure treated lumber on the flooring surface and railings due to the fact that we have no warranty to offer, other than it won't rot. What it will do is twist, cup, crack, check, splinter and bow...this I can guarantee and from day one of installation. We have an extensive history of working with redwood, cedar and imported hardwoods, such as Ipe, Iron wood, Purple heart, Tatajuba, Teak, Mahogany and Bamboo. These products are generally more labor intensive to install and require very extensive ongoing maintenance to keep up appearances. Our history with man-made decking products goes back almost 17 years now. I stumbled onto a sample of it at a local marina. They, (Mobile Chemical to Timbrex, now called Trex) were doing a product industry research on who might be interested in their product. Within 6 months we had some of the product installed on a project as a test run and the rest is history.
